Nie jestem przekonany, co do tego, czy <style> powinien być w template dla wybranego pola.

Po pierwsze, pole HTML jest odseparowane od stylu. Czymś takim powinny zajmować się motywy (dla których ofc nie ma wsparcia bezpośrednio w wp-forms).

Zacznijmy od tego: dlaczego w ogóle wprowadzać to jako współdzielone pole w bibliotece? Czy nie może to być tylko tam, gdzie jest wykorzystywane?
